Indian Okra
You can cook it up,using a recipe below, eat it raw, or dry it and eat it dried or ground into powder(flour). We grow it organically without the use of chemicals.

Fry unwashed okra in a large skillet. Fry in oil till about half cooked. Add Cumin, Coriander Seed, Salt, Chile Powder, and Hot Peppers if desired. Finish Frying. Ready to eat or put in refrigerator for another day.

Saute’ small pods of okra in hot oil until bright green, remove from pan and add 1-2 tbs minced garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant. Return okra to pan along with diced tomatoes with juice. Saute’ until hot and tender.

When it gets to old to eat it can be dried and made into a powder or flour form. Also when dried it is great for snacks.
