Making Ridge Gourd (Turia or Luffa Squash) and Onions.

Fried Sweet Onions in Olive Oil till Golden Brown. Then added the Sliced Ridge Gourd, Salt, Pepper, Half a Hungarian Wax Hot Pepper, a pinch of Tumeric Powder, a pinch of Mustard Powder, and a pinch of Cumin. Turned out Delicious.
